  • Rourke will face The Demonic Duo, as the start of a 16-Man World Title Tournament dons upon us.
  • JP learned that it's never good to be on the other side of a massive Chokeslam through a flaming table.
  • Last week, Calamity made an example of his opponent as a message to The Fallen, CraVen considered it.
  • Albeit not the main purpose, JP still decided to visit Dex in his match for his remarks on The Rundown.
  • If Rob Smith is going it alone, what's going to happen to the Tag Team Titles?
Redemption Seized
1/27/2012

On last week's Breakdown! NIWA Hardcore Champion, "The Radical" Ricky Rourke opened up to the crowd on his recurring statement of being "Hardcore". An endearing segment soon took a turn for the worst, as Rourke began to reveal a rather dark twist to his story. Seeing the past mistakes and fallen wrestlers as his doing, he challenged CraVen to prevent any future mistakes from being made, but could this be one in it's own?

Cameron Reno decided to crash Rourke's segment to not only book him against CraVen, but against JP, as well. We will not only be seeing Rourke and a partner of his choosing take on The Demonic Duo in a Tag Team Street Fight, but we also got enlightenment from Cameron Reno. Starting at Redemption, we will be seeing a 16-Man World Title Tournament unfold with eight former World Champions taking part of it, as well as eight qualifiers. Two qualifying matches are already set in stone. It makes you wonder who will show up to participate!

Corporal Punishment
1/27/2012

In the Main Event, The Corporal got to take on JP in a Flaming Tables Match. What seemed to be an advantage for The Fallen turned out to be in Corporal's favor. Chairs, Tables, Trash cans. The whole lot was brought into play. JP looked to secure victory, after a devastating Spear, but would only find himself on the receiving hand of a vicious Chokeslam executed by The Corporal, himself. The signficance of it is simple.

CraVen and JP have put Mike Stevens away with a Chokeslam through a flaming table. It was what pitted Alex Craven in the fiery depths of Hell. Collin Reed hasn't been heard of, since his fate with flaming wood, either. Most importantly, they even put Corporal away with these tactics. But to the Corporal, it's what put JP away, giving him a taste of his own medicine.

Message Considered
1/27/2012

After Calamity's match last week, he stated that his victory could have " easily been any one of The Fallen". Well, with words like that, certaintly they cannot go unheard. And the one that received the message was CraVen Alexander, whom appeared from the crowd during Calamity's match with Dexter "Dynamite" Johnson.

After Calamity was clotheslined off the apron, CraVen took advantage of the opportunity and would arm himself with a steel chair just before catching his target by surprise, and busting Calamity right in the face. After throwing the match as a Disqualification, CraVen proceeded to cut the throat and would Tombstone Calamity outside on the mats, leaving him with his message taken into consideration.

Taking a Detour
1/27/2012

Though, it was not the main purpose, JP decided to take a different course of action on this week's Breakdown, right before his match with The Corporal. During a confrontation between CraVen and Calamity, Dex would leave his back turned as he looked on at CraVen Tombstoning his opponent. As Dex was distractedt, JP brought a table in and waited for Dex to turn around, only to land a few fists before he'd rebound him off the ropes to catch him with a Spear.

JP would keep Dex down long enough to ignite the table on fire, and would set-up what looked to be a Chokeslam, only for Dex to roll out of the ring, escaping his destined fate. Dex would run off with his luck, but how long will it last until it runs out? Hopefully Dex learned a lesson, Sometimes people talk too much, and when it's broadcasted on The Rundown, people listen.

The Lonely Man
1/27/2012

After a confrontation with two cousins in a bar, a wasted Landon had made a brash decision to force Rob and himself into a match, despite their night off, celebrating their Tag Team success. When it came time for Chops & Robbers to go through with the challenge, Landon was nowhere to be found -- except you could guess he was somewhere in a bathroom, keeled over a toilet.

Rob made it known that considering Landon's actions, if he didn't show up to the match, Chops & Robbers would be disbanded.Well, never trust a Spades, one might say. During the match, Landon no-showed, forcing Rob to take his aggression out on "The Hazzards", and securing a lone victory. Rob holds the titles, but what is the point if this is the end of the short-lived Chops & Robbers? More importantly, what's this mean for their match at Redemption, when the titles are on the line?
